In my hopes of following in your footsteps (soooon) and spending at least some time living and working in England, what you've provided is such useful info too -- have the UK crowd embraced the so-overused "actionable" descriptive, as that's what we Yanks would say about your from-the-trenches cautionary guidance (wink)!
