As a geographer, I have always wondered about the nature of home and our sense of place since I was a young girl. I travel, I love my homes, and I love creating a sense of home wherever I travel. And I love finding what creates a sense of home in the places I visit and stay. So that’s what these essays are about: finding places, finding a sense of place, and how we fit into our world as we move and others move around us.
